icon_name icons do not show on all systems #279

you can have icons that have a stock_id or an icon_name. I have used both, but only stock_id work also on MacOSX. see #278 or this detail: untitled on a Nokia N900 it shows exactly like this, but I hoped it was just because it's an old system.
