Export project card html #16

So, I have completed an analysis pipeline with NGSANE and would like to share the project car with a collaborator, either via email or by hosting on a website.

It would be most useful to export all the required project card files (e.g. link targets, qout summaries, fastqc images, etc) into a local directory or archive. Then, one can simply scp the files to a webserver or attach them in an email for perusal by collaborators.
