it changed my wallpaper in home screen but not while locked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Regular install
2.I added all extensions
3.Unlocked screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.

I tried to attach a screenshot but I see no where for that option. What 
happened is it put a facebook conversation on the background as if it was my 
wallpaper but when I lock the screen the regular wallpaper shows up when i 
unlock it shows my facebook conversation which is weird
