What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on screen
2. Expand notifications, touch desired notification
3. Won't unlock screen to that notification
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To unlock phone and go to selected app. Instead, I have to still swipe to
unlock phone and then it's already in the app

Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-I747, ATT), 4.3
Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
No custom ROM, not rooted
