Dashclock not working on 3.5" Smartphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Dashclock on bq Aquaris 3.5 from Google Play.
2. On lockscreen, try to swipe left and click on + icon.
3. In the list, Dashclock isn't showed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that in the list would be Dashclock, but it isn't even in the widget 
section on the app drawer!

What version of the product are you using?
Latest from Play Store (1.6)

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
bq Aquaris 3.5 (Spanish cheap Android 4.2.2 Smartphone)

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
No, I'm using stock Android 4.2.2 Launcher & ROM (Maybe modified by bq?)

Please provide any additional information below.
In the widget section of the app-drawer, it's showed a 1x1 widget called 
configure dashclock, but when it's created, it's only a shortcut, so the widget 
it's not showed on the app-drawer or in the widget list of the lockscreen. I 
also attach some screenshots of the problem. Thanks.
