calendar and calendar entries are not displayed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calendar doesnt show up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tried all plugins that should display calendar entries, but they dont. They 
dont even show any Calendar in their configuration windows. 

What version of the product are you using?
1.6

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung GS4, rooted, Cyanogenmod 10.2.1 (Android 4.3.1)

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Nova Launcher Prime
