What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can find Clock and Settings in Widgets
2. Can slide Settings onto screen and set Extensions although they do not
appear when I click Appearance.
3. When I try to slide DashClock 4x2 widget on to a home screen, it does not
stay there.
What is the expected output?
Expect the widget with extensions to remain on home screen where I slide it?
What do you see instead? Widget does not "lock" onto any screen, blank
homescreen, lock screen, etc.
What version of the product are you using? v1.6
Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
on Droid Mini Android 4.4 with widgets allowed in Security.
Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Downloaded and installed from Google Play direct to phone
Please provide any additional information below.
The DashClock Settings icon (blue) is still on the screen where I wanted the
widget to move. I can click that icon and get the Extensions but when I click
Appearance, the Extensions do not appear with the time. I do not see a + sign
on the lock screen as one instruction I read mentioned would be there.
