SMS Notification Showing For Blocked Number #791

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Block number on Google Hangouts
2. Receive SMS from blocked number
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message from blocked number doesn't show in Google Hangouts. Notification for 
message from blocked number shouldn't appear on widget.
Notification shows on widget. Clicking notification opens Hangouts but at top 
level, no message as number is blocked. Notification doesn't clear on widget.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Nexus 5, 4.4.4

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
None
