This PR is Step 2 of the "Add Visualizer to BAUS" PR series. It uses the structure implemented in https://github.com/BayAreaMetro/bayarea_urbansim/pull/325 to prepare interim model outputs model upon a BAUS model run and add them to the folder containing the model's visualizer.

Seems fully compartmentalized - if you tested it and it got the expected results, I don’t see any risks.
