create a table with transfer information for all combinations of operators for a given time window

look useful @ytse17. can you add some examples? perhaps as an r markdown file in the vignettes folder? alternatively, you could add them to the rdoc. see here: http://r-pkgs.had.co.nz/man.html under "Documenting functions". either is fine. you can also add them to the main readme, or in a comment here, and then i can figure out where to put them.
