Golden Gate Ferries are incorrect #15

The Golden Gate Ferry routes are included in the Golden Gate Transit routes, and the Golden Gate Ferry routes appear to be duplicates of the SF Bay Ferry routes. This may have been a mix up in the input references. SF Bay Ferry and Golden Gate Ferry have the same agency_id.
