ActivitySim has odd function list #8

The ActivitySim description in 3 - Starting Points refers to a list of model functions that seems to be a holdover from the original document. ActivitySim is a collaboratively managed code base, but it does not provide a (direct) framework for doing population synthesis and could be used for any number of models. Perhaps this was just a merge issue?

Agree it is a bug that should be fixed. Yes it was a holdover.
