RuleTarget is missing EcsParameters, Input, InputPath, InputTransformer, KinesisParameters, RoleArn, and RunCommandParameters
ScheduleExpression is currently a Option[Token[String]] - this could make use of the SSM implementation of ScheduleExpression (the docs indicate they're the same thing)

Just realized this is a duplicate of #161
