blog help #275

when typing blog -h It will print the help message of the script, but not the blog help message. How to fix this?

Turns out blog -h shows script help, blog --help (or for that matter blog -asdfsadf) shows blog help. We should probably have a better way to do this...

unfortunately the blog script is automatically generated, kind of difficult to change unless we have our own shell template
