Please let the Thawb be universal! #20994

It's annoying playing a Muslim character and you can't get the proper Islamic attire for your character due to job restrictions. I would appreciate it if the Thawb could get to be worn by any job. Also please put the ability to have a holy book for Chaplain and let you choose whether it to be a Quran or Bible or Torah, etc.

As for the second part, that is the current implementation. Please open an issue report (using the proper template) if it is not working.
