It's hard to tell whether you've completed a problem. As of the creation of this issue, I have to either,
Remember it (unreliable)
Manually navigate to the problem > Submissions > Ctrl-F "eggy"
Both of the above suck.
Describe the solution you'd like
Shamelessly copy DMOJ with a checkmark (probably don't need the X though) on the problem list and problem pages.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A "My submissions" page (as per DMOJ)

I don't even know if I've completed A + B :(
