Bug Fix: Failure in One Map State Causes Abort in Others #111

If one of the map states for an account fails, all of the other map states will abort.

If one of the map states for an account fails, all of the other map states will abort.

This is due to how inline map states work, switched to distributed to solve issue

Tested with data that was causing failure, failed map state failed, others ran fine.
