Problem:

There are too many private vehicles in the road which exceeds the capacity of the roads available in Dhaka City

Suggestion:

Talk with bus owners and city corporation to figure out what are the main bottlenecks for upgrading bus conditions and quality of service for the bus operators

Why not Dhakar Chaka is a good example. I know few gushanians who opted to buses leaving their bmw at garage.
