iOS using camera, leaving, then coming back = camera doesn't work #34

Pretty easy to replicate. Scan a barcode, then try to use the magnifier and the camera won't be able to be used.

Appears to only happen when viewing a web page in Safari. As an installed PWA, this does not happen.
