NFC on Jelly 2e #45

NFC is not supported but the icon still shows up. Disable icon when the device does not have NFC.

The OS reports that NFC is available, but the first time NFC is used for reading, it provides an error initializing. This can be used as a late-detection method to say NFC is not around, similar to how the torch is implemented.
