Can you please provide a project (along with instructions) we can import and run to test the software is working properly in our environment.

For sure! We can add a demo project with expected results.

Thanks for the example videos, can you also provide a preconfigured project so I can test the training/evaluation part?

P.S. You shoudn't upload binaries like you did into the repo, instead they go on osf or get attached to a release. Git isn't designed to store large binaries.
