unfortunately I have no experience with ESPeasy and ESPHome. It is definitely possible to operate the sensor with an ESP. If you want you can send me more info and we try to find a solution. Also via EMail, info.befle@gmail.com

Is it possible to run your Sensor with ESP Easy as well? Im not able to find a way to calibrate the Sensor with ESPHome. Sensor is showing 42% when wet and 1% wenn dry. I`m actually not an developer so not able to understand your sheet with the explanation off the interface.
