FR: Increase Character limit of Group Names #285

Currently seems to be 41 This makes it a problem apparently not easily solvable for example this group: https://www.bewelcome.org/group/99/forum/s24528-Renaming_Group Also i did a quick browse to some group Names and found these, which seem to run into the limit as well.

You want to learn Arabic, so this is the BVHSA Barcelona Vegan Healthy Self-Aware BW Gatherings & Happenings - Meetings, P

I don't no what a feasible limit would be - for the FLOSS Group i guess it would be around 60-70 but maybe a 100 would be a good setting. I see that group Names should be short an precise - but for some concept its just not really enough.

@paskalito I extended the field size to 50. More just doesn't make sense with the layout.
