Moved the note about using WSL and where to place your repo files from section "C" to the "Requirements" section (note - when working through the install instructions for docker, I didnt even see the note about where to save the repo files, I think it would be better at the top)
Added expandable "troubleshooting" section in case other devs run into the composer clear-cache error.
