Added mlh badge. You guys have to review the site as well on mobile devices. Want your opinion on how the badge behaves on a mobile device. If yall like it go ahead and pull mlh-badge branch to master. The commit is here 6c2bf1b59dd91572eb0b1d7f943dd3f8b1ad01bd
