Remove npm-shrinkwrap

Currently, using npm-shrinkwrap is necessary due to these bugs related to brfs:

To fix:

• Manually remove vm-browserify from node_modules/browserify, and run npm i vm-browserify@git://github.com/TooTallNate/vm-browserify.git#b9c1cc7. Add this version to package.json, like so: "vm-browserify": "git://github.com/TooTallNate/vm-browserify.git#b9c1cc7",
• Manually remove ftp from /src/beagle/node_modules/nodemailer-mailgun-transport/node_modules/mailgun-js/node_modules/proxy-agent/node_modules/pac-proxy-agent/node_modules/get-uri/node_modules. Run npm i ftp@git://github.com/RichardLitt/node-ftp.git#9c1357b. Do the same as above to package.json.

Rebased node-ftp.git on the most current pushed to master. Pinged substack for both locking issues.
