Reading + Interacting with PDF

Be able to highlight text in PDF.
Be able to grab metadata from paper (reliably). (crossref)
Be able to save annotations.
Be able to pinpoint a line.
Be able to read useful data from paper pdf (pdf.js, etc)
Be able to discern paper structure (title, keywords, abstract, sections, figures, refs, authors, etc).

Websites

Passive info on HTML pages (Papers, DOIs, Article Titles, etc)
Overlays into all sorts of search results (pubmed, etc)
Save Paper
"Read Later"
"Email to .... (others, me)"

Emailing

Select + email segments, metadata, annotations, etc.
Be able to write comments, framing around snippet.
Use DOI, paper title, etc for links.
Populate user's email client to send email.
Or potentially send email ourselves (if need attachments, etc).

Saving (Starring) Papers
OAuth to all the providers

Sharing

Figure out collaboration group

Look into embedding a real Google Compose interface such that the user can compose an email to a colleague that includes interesting and relevant information. For example, highlighting interesting paragraphs, meta-data, digest information.

The app to facilitates the composition of this email.

[x] Title (#number)
[ ] Data binding templating (handlebars, react)
[ ] SASS compilation in beagle
[ ] Fix PDF -- extract text, etc (not garbage)
[ ] Get Font Awesome to work
[ ] Getting PDF.js out of handleRequest (modular)
[ ] Figure out how hypothesis stores data
[ ] Look at open knowledge button, open annotator
[ ] Use levelup for storage (local storage for now, later on worry about other things)

Added in all of the information above to their own issues in voyage, excepting the Stream of Issues section.

I've put all of the Steam of Issues into their respective issues. Closing this for now - please comment on individual issues that have the above information, as this task is closed.
