Feature title show DApp description on hover

Describe the current situation we have DApp description only visible when clicking on details

Describe the solution you'd like Show DApp description when hovering over it

Wouldn't that make the whole thing poorly readable? Popups popping up everywhere as we move the mouse through the window? And how would that work on mobile?

If a direct and quick display of that information is really needed, maybe it would be better to add a switch to a table view (instead of card view), with the information displayed in columns, that the user can filter, sort and scroll.

The tooltip would have to appear after a certain time of hovering over the DApp.

And how would that work on mobile?

After a long press&hold on the DApp. (Similar to what currently happens when you press & hold on a transaction.
