Assets Swaps - offers are not created on the latest builds

last working build - 7.2.13051.5438 offers are not created on 7.2.13051.5440,41,42

if we create an offer on version 38, offers are created

but if we create offers on later builds then:

1. The first offer with the selected assets is created but disappears from the active offers tab after a few seconds

2. When we try to create an offer again, assets from the previous offer are displayed in the asset selection window and after completing the creation offer, the new offer does not appear on the active offers tab
