Mobile node synchronization improvements

It is necessary to improve synchronization when a mobile wallet uses a mobile node. We need to improve synchronization in the following cases:

• Estimated synchronization time. At the moment, the wallet does not know how many blocks it will receive for verification up to the current height of the blockchain.
• When the wallet was connected to the mobile node but was not synchronized for several weeks. When you log in to the wallet, there is synchronization (in the wallet logs Synchronizing with node: 100% (2/2)), but this is not the final synchronization of the wallet. Thereby creating problems when sending transactions because there is some out-of-sync.
