Language settings - order of the languages.

1. English always comes first.
2. The second language is the local.

On the main screen when created\restore wallet:

1. At the first launch in the wallet must have the local language of the device installed.
2. When choice language :

   English always comes first. The second language is the local

3. In my opinion, the name of the screen should be in large letters " LANGUAGE"
