Tags section-sort tags alphabetically.

1. Numbers in ascending order(numbers must be at the end of the list)
2. If the tag contains only characters, it must be at the end of the list.
3. Forbid duplicate names at the time of creation. Even if you set a different color for the name.
4. Names with a small letter must be after names with a big letter if they begin with the same letter. Also, need to apply this sorting when selecting tags(for addresses, contacts)
