Rescan is available when the wallet is connected to a random node #477

Bug description Rescan should be available when the wallet is connected to a mobile node or its own node To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the wallet.
  2. Go to the settings screen and go the node section. Make sure that the wallet is connected to a random node.
  3. Go to the utilities section and tap rescan.

Current behavior:

rescan is available

Expected behavior:

when the wallet is connected to a random node rescan should be not available
