Incoming offline transactions are not displayed on the balance

If there is incoming offline transactions (iOS wallet connect to mobile node) is not displayed on the balance

Wallet A = Sender (UI) Wallet B = Receiver (iOS)

Steps:

• open wallet A (UI) and send offline transactions to wallet B (iOS)
• wait for the status "sent offline"
• check transactions list and balance on wallet B (iOS)

Actually: transaction displayed in transactions list but balance has not changed

Expected: the transaction displayed in the transaction list and the balance has changed by the amount of accepted assets
