1) Please change the text to "Longest transaction time for maximum anonymity". https://zpl.io/blkg88X

2) Add comments:

for "no limit" state: "Transaction can last indefinitely." (the same comment we added for maximum anonymity transaction if "no limit" set in Settings) https://zpl.io/V4GDD7Q
for 72 hours: "recommended". 72h - is default. https://zpl.io/VxNBE5g
show comments only on inner screen, not on Privacy settings screen
