Saved contacts are not deleted #519

When we delete a saved contact and then re-open the "contacts" in the address book, they are displayed again

Steps:

open address book
click "contacts" tab
delete saved contacts
open wallet tab
open address book
click "contacts" tab

Actual: Deleted contacts are displayed again in "contacts" tab

Expected: Deleted contacts there aren't in "contacts" tab
