When making a transaction to a new address, the contact name can't be saved #520

When we do new transaction by new address and try save new contact - contact saved but it name is "No name"

Steps:

open send screen
paste the new address and send some BEAM
save new contact with new name (for example "Qqq")
open address book and click "contacts" tab

Actual: contact name is "No name"

Expected: contact name is "Qqq"

Note: I tried to repeat this about 10 times with the same sequence several times were successful (the contact's name matched to what I wrote)
