The wallet doesn't open when connected to own node that isn't running #560

Bag description When wallet is connected to own or mobile node it doesn’t open when node isn’t running. There is an error: “Connection timed out.”

Steps:

  1. Connect the wallet to own node
  2. Close the wallet
  3. Stop the node
  4. Open the wallet

Expected: the wallet is opened. The wallet status is: “cannot connect to own node: {node address}, reconnect to another node”

Actual: the wallet isn’t opened. Error: “Connection timed out.”

The same problem with mobile node. If wallet cannot connect to node duiring the opening it doesn't open
