Not showing up in Playstore

I tried to scan the qr code in beamng it opens playstore but there just stands try agains a try again button and the ballon game undereath. How can i install the app or is it outdated

It seems as though this project is no longer maintained. Ive made a few changes to the app and built an apk which can be downloaded here. https://github.com/jdinovo/remotecontrol/releases
