To Reproduce

Attached module. Chat /help for things to tinker with from chat. Settings.tml included, I think all vis settings at max for me.

Specifics

Linux as pic
Steam
Content overrides? Pstemarie's skeleton from the other day. Some models, textures, 2da (skies and footprints--surfacemat.2da) don't see how could conflict.
Regression? Was ok in dev (8193.30?) waterShadReproStuff.zip

Strange, using the exact same settings, I'm unable to reproduce the issue:

AA or AF vid driver settings. Still slightly there with AA only.

I can confirm experiencing this on 8193.33 stable if system AA is turned on.
