Emitter position does not respond to Visual_Transform_Scale #439

Emitters in creature or item models do not scale their position with Visual Transforms. vfx attached to weapons (such as the dripping green or flaming effect on a sword with acid or fire damage ) do seem to reposition correctly.

This is still a major problem when scaling players and creatures.

bug439.zip A test case module.

Includes a level for adding a tail, a lever for adding wings, and a lever for going to 33% visual scale. Also includes a staff with built in vfx, a sword with applied vfx, and a bow. The bow will fire large arrows when in 33% scale. Weapon VFX are both not scaled. Wing and tail nodes seem fine no matter the order of application of the 33% transform.
