Cleave and Great cleave attacks not working after a double attack

To Reproduce

• Create a character with a cleave (or great cleave) feat at least 4 attacks per combat round (so that the 3 strikes per turn are split as a double hit followed by a single hit followed by one more single hit when attacking the same creature)
• Perform a melee attack on a creature that is about to die (1 HP) that has at least another creature nearby eligible for being cleaved
• Actual behavior: PC deals first part of the double blow to NPC1 (killing it) > triggers cleave attack against the same creature, then deals second blow to NPC1 that is already dead), NPC2 is untouched
• Expected behavior (from v1.69): PC deals first part of the double blow to NPC1 (killing it) > deals second part of the double blow to NPC1 (wasted attack), triggers cleave attack against NPC2

• regression maybe from https://github.com/Beamdog/nwn-issues/issues/172 addressing a behavior of these combat feats from two years ago and is flagged as closed as it made it to build 8193.21

Just FYI, this isn't an EE regression - Cleave has been broken like that for as long as I can remember: certainly at least 20 years. :)

(Interestingly, it works slightly better the fewer APR the char has, i.e. at L1-5 it might be as much as nearly half the time; by L20 it's not even close to 10%).
