In Game Screen Goes Black.

I'm having a big issue since this patch 88.8193.36-11 prior to this my game had no problems it ran perfectly and I was having fun. ever since this patch whenever I start the game, Load or New Game, when I get into the game its just black and I can't see anything except for character names when I hold TAB, I suspect it has something with the graphic update on this patch number I mentioned. My PC Specs: CPU Athlon II x2 260, GPU ATI Radeon HD 4770, Motherboard GA-MA78GM-US2H, Ram: 6GB. I also use win 7-64bit, but that wasn't the problem, I tried switching to win 8 and 10, same problem there aswell

I was told to Force crash the game using pleasecrash console command and attach the crash log to this report nwclientLog1.txt

Additional Information: I use steam, 88.8193.36-12 is the latest official version there, issue started on 88.8193.36-11 and is still in effect on 88.8193.36-12 Steam allows me to use previous patches the latest one it allows before 88.8193.36-12 is 87.8193.35-40 if I use this patch (87.8193.35-40) the problem disappears

I Accessed the preview version (89.8193.37-2) and the problem is still there.

When you do this, the game will have generated the following files:

• c:\users\<yourusername>\documents\neverwinter nights\nwmain-crash-17xxxxxxxx.log
• c:\users\<yourusername>\documents\neverwinter nights\nwmain-crash-17xxxxxxxx.dmp

(in case of multiple, you can delete all of them then do PleaseCrash again)

These are the ones we need; specifically the .log, but the .dmp might also be useful.

I follow the instructions but these files you mention are not created after I use the PleaseCrash command you can see here
