Buggy behavior involving Magic Circle Against Alignment

To Reproduce

• Start HotU as some kind of Cleric
• Add Magic Circle Against Alignment to spell list, rest, buff self with it
• Go downstairs and talk to Dornan
• His dialog will immediately exit, bringing you right into the Drow attack scene
• This happens with some other plot related dialogs as well. e.g. talking to the Djinni will exit immediately, and I'm pretty sure there are Deekin dialogs that are prevented from triggering.
• Additionally, Magic Circle may not wear off after resting even if its duration is exceeded. The gold circle effect still shows, and if the game is reloaded, the status effects (spell immunity, AC bonus, saving throw bonus) will still be shown as present.
• Furthermore, Greater Dispelling may fail to strip the effect. In my test, the log showed the effect being stripped, but the aura remained and the effect icons persisted.
• Edited to add: the lingering effect seems to be purged temporarily removed by area transitions. However, going back to an area where the bug manifested will cause the aura and status effects to return.

@jkatzmewing I can't reproduce "His dialog will immediately exit, bringing you right into the Drow attack scene" in preview so it might be already fixed? The latest preview can't load save games but when it can if you can retest that would be helpful.
