To Reproduce
1: apply wings.
2: apply cloak(hides wings)
3: unequip cloak and cycle render cloaks option. This will makw wings appear again
4: with wings visible and render cloaks off apply cloak. This will show wings and have cloak equipped.
5:logout
6: log back in. Wings will be hidden until you repeat steps 3 and 4.
