If a target you're counterspelling dies, calling GetActionMode() for ACTION_MODE_COUNTERSPELL returns TRUE
Unsure if this also affects other action modes, but as soon as the target dies, your combat stance animation clears and gives you control back, but the action mode isn't reset back to 0
