backpack duplication #141

When rejoining my dedicated server, backpack duplicates, and I'm not sure what caused the issue.

is it a mod pack and forge or fabric? I heard of a backpack duplicating into your hand when you join, is this happening or is it duplicating an entity?

I made the modpack for myself forge 1.20.1. Backpack duplicate to my inventory when rejoining.

Sorry I've been acting like a ghost but could you narrow down the mods to which ones are causing it? I have no clue what might make an item duplicate to your inventory besides maybe something with curios/trinkets or some other mod that changes the inventory.
