fix: improve auth #519

Describe your changes

⚠️ Need to update the database for the preview

Improve the auth flows to prepare for oauth

[x] Merge admin and app login page (with auto redirect admin user to admin)
[x] Set the user email to optional in the database
[x] Add a isEmailVerified for each user in the database
[x] Add missing emails for already used email
[x] Fix update email screen (missing email)
[x] Fix logout been called twice
