Media file streaming breaks recording. #1539

Description

If I record a TeamTalk session, and someone streams a media file, it causes the recording to break horribly. In the case of QT, the recording cuts out and is doubled in some places, and in Classic, it misses entire sections of audio.

Application

Platform

Expected behavior

When someone streams a file over TeamTalk and I'm recording, the file should get picked up just fine, as it does when I'm hearing it in real time.

Actual behavior

Whenever someone streams, the recording gets extremely choppy, sometimes missing entire sections of audio.

Steps to reproduce problem

  1. Start a recording (I use ogg, but it happens with mp3 as well).
  2. Stream a media file.
  3. Listen to the recording.

I was able to reproduce and can't in 5.11 (at least to my knowledge)...can try again though with a media stream which isn't too common for my situation because of Virtual Audio Cable, TTMediaBot, etc...

It still happens, although now the recording doesn't die. The media stream gets all choppy though, leading me to think that it has the wrong idea on the number of samples per second (that's what that normally sounds like).
