Suggestions for STM... - Githubissues

I am moving from ReportRTS to STM, I like the interface, and permissions setup better. Also the new version of ReportRTS does not work with my version of mysql in newest versions.

I have a ticket open for integration with PurpleIRC, and I am testing now. I noticed the pull request was merged and was happy to see that!

So a couple more suggestions based on years of using RTS:

/ticket close <#> <comment> Would like to see a comment or reason added to closing a ticket, so upon review we can see what the moderator did to solve the problem
Closing should be sent to the player as a message once completed, and after they login.
The ability to turn off the "Reason" for a ticket, most players just enter what they want to say like /report I need help! and thus the "Reason" ends up being "I".
Console integration, It would be nice to be able to open/close/info tickets from the console, perhaps you could add in a "user" named "console" to allow this to happen. RTS added this ability some time back, and it allows for really easy integration with plugins that simply call to the console. (ie purpleirc, jsonapi, etc)
ReportRTS also had some "legacy command" configuration, where you could map commands to the newer /ticket open style commands. It would be nice to have this, so that I dont have to tell players about all new commands, and could use whatever commands id like basically.
